IPC extends ban on Russia's Paralympic team

The International Paralympic Committee (IPC) issued a final warning to Russia that it could miss 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Games. The Russian Paralympic Committee (RPC) will remain suspended from iternational competitions if it does not meet the IPC's criteria to reinstate its membership with the international body.
