Fiat Chrysler accused of cheating on emissions tests

US officials have filed a lawsuit against  Fiat Chrysler, alleging they have been cheating on emissions tests for some of their diesel vehicles.

This is second time the US Justice Department has pursue such charges - last year German carmaker Volkswagen pleaded guilty to rigging software in a criminal case that will end up costing VW upwards of 25 billion dollars.
