Controlled explosion carried out in Manchester after deadly terror strike

At least 19 people are dead and 50 injured in Britain after an explosion ripped through the front of Manchester Arena, where singer Ariana Grande had just completed a concert.

Police have now carried out a controlled explosion on a second suspected device in the city, and a huge emergency response is underway.
