Police in the British city of Manchester say at least 19 people have been killed and 50 injured after an explosion at a concert venue that is now suspected to have been an act of terrorism.
The blast at Manchester Arena came at the end of a concert by American singer Ariana Grande.
Concert goer Katy described the scene inside the building.
