White House spokesperson Sean Spicer apologises over Hitler remarks

White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer has apoligsed for claiming that Adolf Hitler did not use chemical weapons during World War Two.

Mr Spicer had been trying to criticise Russia's support for Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.
