United CEO Says He Will Not Quit Amid Overbooking Scandal

The Chief Executive of United Airlines has said he won't quit his job after the company faced intense criticism for a video of a customer being dragged off an overbooked plane.

Oscar Munoz has vowed such an incident will never happen again to any passenger already seated, and said the customer deserved an apology.
