UNICEF says its vaccinations reach almost half of world's children under five, but millions remain at risk

The UN Children's Fund says its vaccination efforts are reaching nearly half of the world's children under the age of five years old.


But while the number of deaths caused by preventable disease has been declining, more than 19 million children remain unvaccinated.
