UN & Cambodia crackdown on fake orphanages

INTRO:
Cambodia's government is working to shut down illegitimate orphanages
in the country.

Almost 80 percent of children living there were sold to the orphanages
by their parents for money.

The United Nation's children's agency, UNICEF, is working to facilitate the
return of these children back to their families.
