Ukrainian authorities have halted electricity supplies to the rebel-controlled Luhansk region in the east of the country due to accumulated debt. The self-proclaimed breakaway republic, backed by Russia, is caught up in a tense stand-off with Ukraine's government since 2014. Our correspondent Daria Bondarchuk reports from Moscow.
