Trump Says He Will NOT Label China "Currency Manipulator"

US  President Donald Trump has confirmed he's taking back his campaign pledge to label China a "currency manipulator". 

The President had promised to slap that label on China on his first day in office. 

In an interview with the Wall Street Journal, Trump says he's changed his mind.
