Trump meets with UN Security Council in Washington, talks Syria, North Korea, UN budget

Ahead of a working lunch in Washington DC with members of the United Nations Security Council, US President Donald Trump says the world body must be prepared to impose new sanctions on North Korea.


He also expressed disappointment at the council's inability to respond to the recent chemical weapons attack in Syria.
