A man suspected of organising St.Petersburg metro blast earlier this month was detained outside Moscow. Russia's intelligence service says the suspected mastermind of the terror attack trained the suicide bomber Akbarzhon Jalilov, who carried out the attack. 14 people died and 50 more were injured in the result of the blast.
