Russia's Putin to meet Abu Dhabi Crown Prince

LEAD:

The Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and deputy commander-in-chief of the UAE's armed forces is due to visit Russia and meet with the Russian President on Thursday.  The pair are set to discuss cooperation between Russia and the UAE, as well as a range of international issues such as the situation in Syria.  Julia Lyubova reports from Moscow.
