The European Court of Human Rights ruled Russian authorities failed to prevent the 2004 Beslan school siege in which more than 300 people died. It ordered a €2,9mln compensations to nearly 400 victims and their relatives who calimed Russia violated human right to life and protection. Our correspondent Daria Bondarchuk reports from Moscow.
