Prince William, Britain's second in line to the Royal throne, has spoken about the importance of expressing emotions and the risks to mental health if they are bottled up.
The Duke of Cambridge said the so called "stiff upper lip" should not be allowed to endanger mental health and he wanted his children to grow up able to freely talk about their feelings. From London, Catherine Drew reports.
