U.S. President Donald Trump is threatening a possible trade war with Canada over dairy.
Earlier, during a stop in Wisconsin that was supposed to promote American tools, President Trump complained about how Wisconsin dairy farmers were struggling against Canadian products.
During a photo opportunity to sign an executive order on steel imports, President Trump repeated his claims.
