EU's response to migration crisis still 'not yet adequate' according to own report

The European Union's own independent report into its handling of the refugee and migration crisis says migrant receptions centers are still 'not yet adequate'.

Thousands of asylum seekers are continuing to arrive at the centres in Italy and Greece every month.
