The Trump administration is furious that the U.S. Senate's Judiciary Committee has delayed it's vote on the nomination of Neil Gorsuch to be an Associate Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court.
Minority Leader Chuck Schumer has threatened to filibuster the nomination, a process requiring 60 votes in favor of ending debate to move to a full vote.
White House spokesman Sean Spicer called the moves obstructionism.
