The U.S. Treasury has issued fresh sanctions to a man based in Kuwait that they said helps support the Al-Nusra Front.
While the Trump administration claims the man also supports al-Qaeda, last July, the al-Nusra Front officially split from them, running their own war against Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.
