UN accuse Syrian air force of committing war crime

A United Nations Independent Commission of Inquiry has found that the
Syrian air force intentionally targeted a water source near the
capital Damascus.

The strike cut off water for around 5.5.million people and the UN say
the move constitutes a war crime.
