UK BUDGET OUTLINED AHEAD OF BREXIT TALKS

Britain's finance minister has warned the country must continue to prepare for its future outside the European Union as he laid out the national budget.

Treasury chief Philip Hammond said government borrowing will be lower in coming years than forecast, while growth is expected to rise this year, however he warned of challenges ahead.
