Trump suffers defeat over healthcare reform

American President Donald Trump has suffered a major embarrassment with the failure of his signature healthcare reform.

The bill failed to get enough Republican support to go to a vote, with some saying it didn't go far enough, and others worried about millions losing their insurance.

But as our Washington correspondent John Clarke reports, President Trump blames the Democrats for not supporting it.
