Trump Aides Attack Congressional Budget Office

Aides to US President Donald Trump have been attacking the non-partisan agency that's set to analyse the cost of a new healthcare bill, aimed at replacing President Obama's Affordable Care Act.

The Congressional Budget Office always gives an official estimate of the costs and budget impact of all proposed legislation, and it's expected to issue a report on the new Republican healthcare bill as soon as Monday.

The White House budget director Mick Mulvaney said on ABC's 'This Week' that the CBO has been focusing on the wrong metrics with its estimates on the number of people who are insured.
