Tillerson to attend NATO foreign ministers meeting

In a reversal, US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson will be attending the upcoming NATO foreign ministers meeting in Brussels.

His previous decision to skip the summit for meetings with Chinese and Russian leaders caused controversy.
