Kazakhstan's Foreign Ministry said Syria's rebel delegation is expected in Astana on Wednesday night.  Kazakhstan is hosting the third round of peace talks on Syria, organised by Russia, Turkey and Iran.  Julia Lyubova reports from Moscow.
