Poor Performance from Wilders is Cheered by EU Leaders

With nearly all the votes counted, Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte can officially claim victory and prepare himself for a third term. 

Far-right, anti-Islam candidate Geert Wilders (pronounced Vilders) performed worse than he hoped—but that has given EU leaders a sigh of relief.
