Police chief urges Londoners to talk to police about terror concerns

Police in London have appealed for the public's help in keeping the city safe following Wednesday's terror attack.

It comes as tributes have been paid to PC Keith Palmer and the other victims of Wednesday's terror attacks in Westminster.    Silences have been held both in Parliament, which reconvened Thursday and outside the headquarters of Scotland Yard.

Police continue to investigate whether the attacker who killed 3 others before being shot himself was working alone.   Armed raids on six addresses in London, Birmingham and elsewhere resulted in the arrest of seven people.

Acting Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police,  Craig Mackey who witnessed some of the events himself, said the police need the help of the public.
