Philippine Foreign Secretary dismissed in citizenship row

Lawmakers in the Philippines have dismissed the Foreign Minister after
questions surrounding his citizenship.

Allegations were made against Perfecto Yasay - saying he was a US
citizen at the time he was appointed. He denied the claims.
