EU expected to reelect Donald Tusk as European Council president despite native Poland backing withdrawn

European Union leaders are expected to reelect the European Council president Donald Tusk despite his native Poland withdrawing its backing for him.

The Polish government accuses the former polish prime minister Donald Tusk of meddling in national affairs which his position should prevent.
