Conservatives lash out at GOP plan to repeal and replace Obamacare

Reaction to a Republican party plan to repeal and replace Obamacare, has been mixed- even among Conservatives.

The White House insists the plan to replace former President Obama's signature legislation, tackles the key issues.

The Republicans' bill repeals most of the taxes and subsidies under Obamacare, and offers tax credits based on age instead.

It also sends insurance regulation back to state level, and freezes Medicaid expansion.

White House spokesperson Sean Spicer defended the administration's approach to getting the bill passed.
