2016 marked deadliest year for Syrian children

The United Nations children's organization UNICEF has announced that
2016 was the deadliest year for Syrian children in the country's civil
war.

Over 650 children were killed in the conflict last year marking a 20%
rise from the year before.

William Denselow reports from UN headquarters in New York.
