Verizon Cuts Price of Yahoo Deal

Verizon and Yahoo have confirmed Verizon will pay 350 million dollars less for Yahoo than originally planned.

The two companies agreed to cut the acquisition price after assessing the fallout from two massive security breaches.

As Technology Correspondent Rachel Silverman reports, the deal is expected to close in the second quarter of this year.
