US: Native American Tribe files legal challenge to Dakota Access Pipeline construction

INTRO:
A Native American tribe has filed a legal claim to stop the US army
corps of engineers from running the Dakota Access pipeline underneath
a lake on tribal land.

Construction on the pipeline is now set to begin after President Trump
issued an executive order green lighting the project.
