Trump's National Security Adviser Pick Turns Down Offer

U.S. President Donald Trump's choice to replace Michael Flynn as
national security adviser has reportedly turned down the job. Retired
Navy special forces officer Robert Harward allegedly declined the
White House position, citing a question of clarity regarding the lines
of his authority and staffing.
