Tanzania bans HIV treatment centres and warns of 'gay list'

The Tanzania Government is banning 40 health clinics from offering HIV treatment, because it says they are promoting homosexuality. It comes as the Deputy Minister for Health also threatened to publish a list of men who sell themselves for sex, and went on Twitter to say that gay men should go to prison. Dan Ashby reports.
