Rex Tillerson arrives in Germany for G20 meeting

U.S. secretary of state Rex Tillerson has arrived in Germany for a meeting of G20 foreign ministers. 

It is his first foreign trip since starting the job two weeks ago and the visit will include a meeting with Russia's foreign minister.
