Philippines: UN says there is increasing opposition to Duterte's war on drugs

the Philippines to President Duterte's war on drugs, which has been
linked to thousands of extrajudicial killings.

The trademark policy has boosted Duterte in public opinion polls - but
he's faced strong criticism from the church and from UN observers.
