More than 100 Thousand People Evacuated Near Dam in California

More than 100 thousand people ordered to evacuate from their homes in Northern California. 

The abrupt evacuation orders came as authorities said a crumbling auxiliary spillway on the tallest dam in the United States was in danger of collapse.
