Dam warning in U.S. sparks mass evacuation [WRAP]

Authorities in California have urged thousands of people living below
the Oroville Dam to evacuate warning that an emergency spillway could
collapse at any moment.

After years of drought a recent abundance of snow and rain has
weakened the tallest dam in the country.
