BREAKING: Russia's UN ambassador Vitaly Churkin dies

Russia's ambassador to the United Nations Vitaly Churkin has died suddenly in New York, according to the Russian Foreign Ministry. 

The 64 year old diplomat has served as Russia's top diplomat at the international body for more than a decade.
