US Defence Chief says 'America will shoot down N. Korean Missiles'

North Korea's nuclear weapons capabilities should not be underestimated  - the warning Sunday from the US defence secretary.

Speaking on NBC news, Ash Carter said the U.S. is ready to respond to North Korean missile tests.
