Trump pushes ahead with construction of controversial oil pipelines

US President Donald Trump has signed executive orders to advance construction of two major oil pipelines in the United States.

The Keystone XL and Dakota Access pipelines were both blocked by President Obama's administration after protests by environmental groups.
