Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov says it's unlikely that Donald
Trump and Vladimir Putin will have substantive discussions on policy
when they talk over the phone this Saturday.
The two men are optimistic they can improve bilateral ties but US
intelligence agencies accuse Russia of committing cyber attacks in an
attempt to sway last year's presidential election in Trump's favour.
