Maltese PM wants Turkey-style migration deal with Libya

The European Union should come to a deal with Libya to curb the flow of migrants according to the the Maltese prime minister who is currently holding the EU's rolling presidency.

Over 5000 people died making the journey between Libya and Italy in 2016 - now the favored route since such a deal with stuck with Turkey.
