Kremlin says Moscow 'tired' of US allegations over hacking

The Kremlin has rejected a U.S. intelligence assessment which asserts Russia was behind a series of hacking attacks aimed at derailing last year's presidential election.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters Moscow was tired of the accusations which were 'reminiscent of a political witchunt'.

U.S. President-elect Donald Trump has acknowledged Russia's role in the cyber attacks, but won't let go of his support of Vladimir Putin.
