Helen Clark quitting as head of UN Development Programme

Helen Clark is stepping down as the head of the United Nations
Development Programme, the UN's largest agency.

The former New Zealand Prime Minister was unsuccessful last year in
her campaign to be voted in as the new UN Secretary-General.
