The German government has hit back at Donald Trump after the US President-elect described Chancellor Angela Merkel's immigration policy as a "very catastrophic mistake".
The German Foreign Minister also says Mr. Trump's description of NATO as "obsolete" is causing "worry" among members of the trans-atlantic alliance.
