German minister: Trump’s protectionism would create opportunities

Germany's economy minister said that his country would take advantage of global trade opportunities if the United States imposes protectionist measures under new president Donald Trump.

Trump signed an executive order in his first day of office withdrawing the U.S. from a proposed trans pacific trade deal.
