Dozens killed in Kabul attack

The Taliban is claiming responsibility for a pair of suicide attacks, one outside the parliament in Kabul and the other at the governor's guesthouse in Kandahar.

At least 38 are confirmed dead with many dozens more injured.

Afghanistan's president Ashraf Ghani is vowing to track down those responsible for these criminal attacks.

The  U.S. is strongly condemning the violence.
