Twitter reinstates account of controversial “alt-right” leader

Twitter has reinstated the account of the controversial "alt-right" leader Richard Spencer, less than a month after suspending his account.

The alt-right embraces white supremacist, anti-immigrant, and anti-Semitic positions.
